On April 17, 2026, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 960/QD-BTC on the announcement of amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of accounting and auditing within the scope of the Ministry of Finance’s management functions.
This decision replaces the procedures for registering accounting and auditing services (simplified as required by the Government in Resolution No. 66.16/2026/NQ-CP), effective from April 17, 2026.
The specific details of the procedures are presented in Part II attached.
This decision repeals the administrative procedures published in: items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 of section II, part II of Decision No. 1435/QD-BTC dated June 26, 2024; items 12, 13 of part II of Decision No. 2083/QD-BTC dated September 29, 2016; item 2 of section IV, part III, Appendix 01 of Decision No. 1837/QD-BTC dated September 18, 2017; and items 1, 2 of part II of Decision No. 384/QD-BTC dated March 23, 2020.
The decision takes effect from the date of signing.
